1. We need to have rosters at the desk from now on until we can arrange for a green system to work with the zone and USWP policy.

2.  Please only have team representatives contact the Cal Cup admin. Your parents should be asking their respective coaches and administrators questions about the league or finals.

3. For the finals we are proposing 16 team tournaments for all age groups except 12 Girls as we have only 2 northern teams coming so that event will be a 8 team or less event.  We will not be doing a 10 & unders finals as this was developmental. It looks like 9 southern teams will be invited to compete against 7 northern area teams for a 16 team final. WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOUR TEAM IS NOT WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FINALS.

4.  Northern Hotel info for 16/18 girls & boys and the southern hotel info is posted here. For planning the youngers: will start Friday night at 5 pm and end no later than 6 pm on Sun.  The olders in Northern California will start Sat early am and end Monday no later than 6 pm so please plan accordingly.

5. Awards will be given; 1 place trophies and 1st - 3rd medals.  A 2010 CUP award will be given to the club that has the most overall points calculated from play in the finals only not regular league play.

6.  Entry fees will be due either on-line in the CA Cup Store or by mail.  Gate fees will be charged so the hosts can offset costs for their labor.  We expect you to help in the effort to bring the best referees to this event by utilizing the host hotels.

7. Pool Locations:
16 & 18 Boys Nor-cal Pools:  Miramontes, Orinda, Las Lomas, Walnut Creek, Soda, Moraga. 
16 & 18 Girls pools: Shaal two courses at UC Davis and Woodland. 

12 &14 boys and girls will be in Orange county.  Possible pools to include; J Serra 12/14 Boys, Villa Park 12 boys, Beckman 14 girls and possibly Tustin and University HS in Irvine.
